Bill is currently going after all the belts and already has 4 of them. He and Dave have formed a sort of an alliance to get all the belts and take control of the HWU, and as of now appear unstoppable.

Kieran is currently the only person holding a belt besides Bill and Dave. He plans to keep it and may have some sort of proposal up his sleeve for the two of them.
